Ensure your battery isn’t weak. Check the back of your opener to be sure the LED is flashing. The stuck button on your neighbors remote can’t open your garage door but it’s indicated as RF activity on your LED which can also interfere with your reception. Also know that on new rolling code transceivers, some shorter distance are to be expected.
